We take a holistic approach to training in the butchery standards. As it is skilled hands on trade the point of delivery is in the workplace and thus instruction is on a 1-2-1 basis. However, during the pandemic CMT has embraced remote working using various platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. This will continue and adds significant value to the apprenticeship. We will coach and instruct you through your chosen discipline ensuring the learning experience is a beneficial, enjoyable and rewarding experience
